Coleoptera: The Living Mosaics is a series of beetles drawn that I believe resemble glass mosaics we see in art.

After talking with friends at SCAD, I learned that many of my international friends were unfamiliar with Savannah's native butterflies. I made this figure for them so they know what to look for in the spring.

What is entomology? Why is it important?

Entomologists study insects to learn how they impact agriculture, health, and the environment, as they can be pollinators, pests, or disease carriers. This science helps us better understand nature and solve problems related to insect interactions with humans and other species.
