My name is Clancy Weaver, and I am a scientific illustrator advocating for environmental literacy and conservation through my artwork. While I specialize in the illustration of insects, my work extends to a broader exploration of natural science, showcasing the connections between species and ecosystems.
I am particularly involved along Georgia’s coastline, where I collaborate with local communities to promote a deeper understanding of the role of our environment in our communities. Through the mix of art and science, I want to inspire environmental conservation by illustrating the beauty and importance of insects, plants, and other organisms that play vital roles in maintaining balance.
